Mrs Bessie Lech of Texas is the guest of her sister, Mrs Charlie O'Quinn Miss Gladys DeBlieux is the hostess of Miss Ruth Prudhomme and Miss Marie Sompayrac. Miss E Prudhomme is visiting her brother, Percy Prudhomme. Miss Julia Rogers has returned home after a pleasant visit to Natchez. The friends of Mr and Mrs R DeVargas enjoyed a delightful picnic given Sunday at Chaplin's Lake. Mr L Lewis of Ashland was a visitor here Sunday. Mr Albert DeBlieux at Campti made a flying trip here Tuesday. Mr N Hodge left for his home last week, after attending the nine weeks Summer School. Mr and Mrs Robert Breazeale and daughter Vivian are visiting Mr and Mrs BB Breazeale. Miss Hilda Breazeale is the charming young guest of Miss Alline Dugger of Alexandria. The gates of the East Natchitoches Park were opened on Friday night and a delightful dance was enjoyed by a crowd of you folds. There were visitors from Campti, Clarence and Winnfield. The strains of "Home Sweet Home," which was rendered by the Pratt Brothers came only too soon for the jolly crowd. G.G.G.
