Murphy, No _____, 11th District Court, --Conuer- Kahn-Giles Co., Limited, vs, S.M. Murphy, No__, 11th District Courth --F. M. Murphy vs S. M. Murphy, No. --, 11th district Court by virture of three several writs of flera facias issued out of the honorable 11th District Court of Louisiana of date March 23, 1903, commanding and ordering a sale of the property real, and personal belonging to the defendant, and to me directed; I, James W. Freeman, Sheriff of the Parish of Natchitoches under, and by virtue of said several writs of Fi.Fa. have seized as the property of defendant Murphy, and will offer for sale at public auction at the store house at the foot of the iron bridge just opposite the city of Natchitoches lately occupied by S. M. Murphy on Saturday, the 11th day of April, 1903, at the hour of 12. M., the following described property to wit: All of the stock of goods situated in said store, consisting of dry goods, groceries, notions, hardware, & c., as fully described in the inventory on file in the District Court.
