LOCAL, PERSONAL AND OTHERWISE
     Owing to the great number of autos now in use in Natchitoches, it is
most imperative that drivers sound their horn when turning or passing corners.
This ordinace is violated most frequently, only through carelessness, and
may cost somebody's life.
     As an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, the ordinance should
be enforced.
