Mr. John Edward Bostic

  Mr. John Edward Bostic, 68, of Marthaville died Thursday, Oct. 21,
1999 at his residence.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23 at Warren
Meadows Chapel with interment following at Spring Ridge Cemetery. The
Rev. Doug Clements and Bro. Glen Howard officiated.

  Survivors include his widow of 46 years Linda Bostic of Pleasant
Hill; two daughters Patricia Lawrence of Shreveport and Marcia lsgitt
and husband Richard of Belmont; one son, John Mark Bostic and wife
Janice of Monterey; one brother, Robert Bostic of Dry Branch, West Va.;
five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Bostic was
preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Haynes, and one granddaughter,
Jennifer Bostic.
