Survivors are her husband, Cleo Broadway of Robeline; three sons, Dalvin Broadway, Dalton Broadway, and Dannie Broadway, all of Robeline; her mother, Mrs. Ettie Higgins of Ft. Jesup; a brother, Truly Higgins of Alexandria; four sisters, Mrs. Viola Rivers of Alexandria, Mrs. Allie Pilgrim of Dallas, Tex., Mrs. Georgia Clinton of Irving, Tex., and Mrs. Opal Bush of Shreveport. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 12, in Rocky Mount Baptist Church near Robeline, with Rev. Earl Marr officiating. Burial was in Central Cemetery near Robeline, under direction of First National of Natchitoches.
