Mrs. Cargle, 69, Dies Jan 14

Mrs. Mollie A. Cargle, 69, formerly of Provencal, died Thursday, Jan 14 at
5:30 pm in a Shreveport hospital.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 pm in Provencal Baptist church with
the Rev. Glenn Marr officiating assisted by the Rev. H.S. Smith.  Burial was
in Roberts Cemetery under the direction of First National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Carole is survived by her husband, Bert Carole, two sons, Foster Carole
of Douglasville, Ga., and Ray Carole of Dallas, Tex; six daughters, Mrs. Berda
Dale, Mrs. Eurcle Crittenden, and Mrs. Etoy Moss, all of Shreveport, Mrs.
Flonnie Holland and Mrs. Elaine James, both of Kildare, Tex., and Mrs. Helen
Horn of Natchitoches; one brother, J. A. Parsons of Shreveport; five sisters,
Mrs. Telia Blackburn of Pineville, rs. Gloria Smith of Flora, Mrs. Laura
Campbell of Colmesneil, Tex., Mrs. Hattie McFerren of Pleasant Hill, and Mrs.
Burdette Dowden of Kisatchie; 23 grandchildren and five great grandchildren
