ALLISON "ALMA" PARKER DAVIS Natchitoches Time Sept 11, 1914 Died on Monday August 31, 1914 The death Angel knocked at the door of Mr. Charlie Davis, Bowlen Louisiana, carrying away his lovely wife formerly Miss Allison Parker. Mrs. Alma was taken sick at Hanna Louisiana and taken to her father's home but never recovered. She became a Christian early in life and has been a member of the Baptist Church for several years. She heard the sweet message "Come Home" and has gone. She was 15 years old and had only been married 5 months. She leaves a husband, mother, father, three brothers and one sister beside a large circle of other relatives and friends to morn the loss. She was ready and wanted to die and told us all goodbye and to meet her in heaven. A Friend
