Doolittle, 62, of Robeline, died June 11, after a short illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 13, at 2 p.m., in the Warren Meadows Chapel, with the Rev. Jeff Tidwell officiating. Interment was in the Shamrock Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Robbie Doolittle of Robeline; one stepson, Joel P. Huff of Provencal; two daughters, Mrs. Charlene Cochran of Galveston, and Mrs. Faye Megason of Robeline; two brothers, Marshall R. and Herbert A. Doolittle, both of Robeline; two sisters, Mrs. Ida A. Brown of Provencal, and Mrs. M. B. Dyess of Jouquin, Tex.; one son, James H. Doolittle of Robeline, and three grandchildren. Pallbearers Loudis Parish, Sherman Doolittle, Pat Freeman, Johnny Dolittle, Richard Hart, and Kenneth Hennigan.
