Scott Shaver and J. Bradley Creed officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis. Mrs. Ferguson, 57, of Natchitoches died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, in her residence. She was a native of Olla and a 1963 graduate of Louisiana Polytechnic Institute. She worked as an office manager for 16 years and an active member of First Baptist Church for 30 years. She was a member of PEO, past president of Chapter "I", and member of the Lunch Bunch and many other organizations. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Jerry Glynn Ferguson of Natchitoches; two sons, the Rev. Jerry Glynn Ferguson Jr. of Paris, Texas, and Winston Bradley Ferguson of Natchitoches; one brother, William Nathan Cabaniss of Houston, Texas; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Avery East, Gary Anderson, Shawn Daily, Mike Murphy, Louis Hines, Jimmy Long Sr., Clyde Osborn, Tom Murchinson, Benny Barron and Robert Harling.
