Henry S. Funderburk

  Henry S. Funderburk, 90, died in Natchitoches, Friday, June 25, after
a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Kisatchie Baptist Church, Sunday,
at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Troy V. Wheeler officiating. Burial was in
the Kissatchie Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Mr. Funderburk's body was taken to the Church at 12 noon Sunday, to
lie in state until service time.

  Surviving relatives are two sons, Thermon Funderburk of Natchitoches,
and J. B. Funderburk of Alexandria, one daughter, Mrs. Maye Carter of
Natchitoches; one brother, Irvin Funderburk of Fisher, two sisters, Mrs.
Jane West of Plainview, and Jennie Dowden of Hornbeck; three
grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were C. B. Funderburk, T. J. Carter, Bob Roan, Travis
Funderburk, Hollice Booty, and Roy Dove.
