Horn, 82, of Shreveport, who died at 9:30 p.m., Saturday, June 5, at the Many Clinic in Many, following a brief illness, were held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Bill Stowell, pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Chuch, officiated. Burial was in the Pisgah Cemetery in Sabine Parish, between Belmont and Marthaville. Mrs. Horn, a native of Marthaville, had lived in Shreveport 14 years. She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. A. E. Horn, and Mrs. Earl Van Viett, both of Shreveport; Mrs. Horace E. Simpson of Many; Mrs. Arthur Self Jr. of Killeen, Tex.; and Mrs. H. A., Walter of Daly City, Calif.; a son, Emmett P. Horn Jr. of Corpus Christi, Tex.; 20 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
