The Sabine Index - Marshall L. Knott 
  
  28 Jan 1949 - Funeral services were conducted at Beulah church 
near Marthaville at 3 p.m. Jan. 24 for Marshall L. Knott, age 66. 
Mr. Knott was a well known hair stylist, died at his home in 
Shreveport, where he has resided for the past 16 years. 
  
  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mae Cox Knott, three sons, E. T. 
and J. P. Knott, both of Shreveport; three daughters, Mrs. G. C. 
Morris, Dallas, Texas, Mrs. G. W. Carmen, Elk City, Okla., Mrs. 
Charles Cullen, Shreveport; his mother, Mrs. Abie Knott, 
Converse; two sisters, Miss Bessie Knott, Converse, and Mrs. 
Walter Kastner, McDade, Texas, and nine grandchildren.
