The deceased had been brought to Alexandria for treatment, but death trimuphed over love and science. The body was shipped to Montrose and the services were held at the Catholic Church in Cloutierville, where many friends gathered to pay respect to the one they loved. Her remains were laid to rest in the Cloutierville Cemetery. Her death leaves a vacant place in her home which never more can be filled and the voice we loved is stilled. May God help her aged parents, brothers and sisters to bear their sorrows and know that she has joined the angel band.
