Funeral For John L. Ogden Held At Zion Hill Near Tannehill

John L. Ogden, 74, resident of Coushatta and brother in law of three Winn
Parish citizens, died in Coushatta Monday, August 15.  Funeral services
were held at Zion Hill Cemetery near Tannehill at 2 p.m. Wednesday,
August 17, with the Rev. Alwin Stokes officiating.

Surviving are three daughters, one son, and a number of other relatives.

Mr. Ogden was the brother in law of Henry Ross, Mrs. T. C. Weems, and Mrs Paul
Walker of Winn Parish.  He had made his home in Coushatta for many years.
