Mrs. James T. Smith

  Mrs. James T. Smith. 74, a resident of Flora, died Tuesday evening,
Feb. 15, in the Natchitoches Parish Hospital, following a long illness.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Feb. 17, in the Flora Methodist
Church, with the Rev. Wilmer Birdwell officiating, assisted by the Rev.
L. R. Devill. Burial was in the Flora Cemetery, under the direction of
First National Home of Natchitoches.

  Included in her survivors is a sister, Mrs. Hattie McFerrin of
Pleasant Hill.
