Ashland Woman Dies At 58

Mrs Vivian Walker, 58 of Ashland, died Saturday, Jan. 2 in a Shreveport
hospital after a long illness.  She was a native of Natchitoches and a member
of Ashland Baptist Church.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 PM in Ashland Baptist Church with
The Rev,. Ben Joyner officiating.  Burial was in Old Ramah Cemetery.

Mr. Walker is survived by two sons, Clinton Nelson and Billy Walker, both of
Ashland; two daughters, Mrs. Lewis Robinette and Miss Linda Walker, both of
Ashland; two brothers, Grady Nelson of cotton Valley and Lonnie Nelson of
Shreveport; and five grandchildren.
