  Melton M. Webb, of Robeline died Jun 21 after a sudden illness.

  Those surviving are his wife Augusta Webb of Robeline; two sons, Melton Harvey Webb of
Shreveport, William M. of Natchitoches; several daughters, Mrs. Margorie Ott of Chicago,
Ill., Mrs Virginia Damper of Adel, Ga., Mrs Mattie Gerard of Shreveport, Mrs. Inez Jordan
of Robeline, Mrs. Augusta Kirsch of Robeline, Mrs. Elizabeth Pridgen of Natchitoches, Mrs.
Gracie Lewing of Many, two brothers, Felix Webb of Robeline and Sam Webb of Shreveport;
27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Sunday, June 23 at Hickory Grove Congregational Methodist
Church with the Revs. Wilmer Birdwell and J. D. McNeal officiating.

  Interment was in the Shamrock Cemetery under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.
