THE NATCHITOCHES TIMES OBITS
April 11 2002 issue

DORIS MOORE WILKERSON
	Services for Mrs. Doris Moore Wilkerson, 77, of Natchitoches were held 
at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 11 in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home 
with the Revs. John Foster and Riley Sanson officiating.  Interment followed in 
the Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery in Natchitoches under the direction of 
Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.
	Mrs. Wilkerson was a native of Harrisburg, Pa., and a resident of 
Natchitoches for the past 55 years.  She was a retired bookkeeper and a member 
of Oak Grove Methodist Church.
	Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Otis Wilkerson; two sons, Cary 
Wilkerson and his wife, Pam, of Boise, Idaho, and Phillip Wilkerson and wife, 
Mary Lu, of Natchitoches; four grandchildren; four brothers, Irvin Moore of 
Harrisburg, Pa., John A. Moore and wife, Ginna, of Shreveport, Donald Moore 
and wife, Peggy, of Henderson, Nev., and Ronald Moore of Saginaw, Mich.; and 
one sister, Shirley Moore Miller and husband, George, of Harrisburg, Pa.
	In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's 
Research Center in Memphis, Tenn.
