All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** The Sabine Index - Moselle Williams 28 Dec 1934 - Moselle Williams, age 11, daughter of Walter Williams of Robeline, died early Monday morning in a Shreveport sanitarium from injuries received when struck by an automobile Sunday evening at Coldwater, 6 miles from Robeline. The child's head was crushed along with other minor bruises and cuts. Witnesses of the accident stated that the child had alighted from her father's car and did not see the approaching auto which was driven by J. D. McMillen. Roland Robinson and J. L. McDonald, also of Many, were in the car with McMillen. Surviving relatives are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Williams; four sisters, Mrs. Tom Lambert and the Misses Catherine, Marguerite and Lois Williams, and three brothers, Ira, Percy and James Williams, all of Robeline. Interment was in Central Baptist church cemetery near Coldwater at 10 a.m. Christmas day, with Rev. Elbert Brown officiating.
