J. P. Wyatt, 56 of Shreveport died Thursday, June 27, in a Shreveport hospital
after a brief illness.  He was a native of Marthaville.

He was a brother of J. D. Wyatt and Henry Wyatt, both of Marthaville, and
Luther Wyatt and Jenny Davis of Belmont.

Funeral servies were conducted at 10 .m. saturday in bayou Scie Methodist
church at Zwolle with burial following in the church cemetery following
Masonic gravesite rites.
