This picture was taken in 1920's in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. It is a 
photo of (left to Right) Billie Walker, Billie's wife, and John T. Elkins(1866-
1927).John T Elkins parents were John W. Elkins and Samantha Jane Durbin. John 
T. Elkins was married to Mary Lenora ( Mollie) Cloud. John and Mollie had moved 
from Natchitoches Parish to Sacramento , California. John T. Elkins came down 
to Louisiana to visit all his relatives and on the train ride back to his home 
in California,he died.
