STATE OF LOUISIANA
PARISH OF NATCHITOCHES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, Ellis Jury as Principal, and (blank) as Security, acknowledge to
owe to the Governor of the State of Louisiana, or his successor or 
successors in office, the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, the payment of which
we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and administrators, in solido.
Given under our hands at Natchitoches, La., this 10 day of November AD 1916
The Condition of the above Obligation is Such,
That, whereas, the above bounden Ellis Jury has this day obtained a license
fro the Clerk of the District Court of the PARISH OF NATCHITOCHES, 
STATE OF LOUISIANA, to marry with Lueana Jones.
Now, if at the time said license was granted, there existed no legal impediments
or obstacle to the celebration of said marriage then, and in such case, this 
obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law.

To any Minister of the Gospel or Justice of the Peace who is Authorized to 
Celebrate Marriage Within the Parish of Natchitoches-GREETING:
YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND EMPOWERED TO CELEBRATE MARRIAGE BETWEEN
Mr. Ellis Jury and M. Lueana Jones
To join them together in Holy and Lawful Wedlock, according to law.
Given under my hand and seal of office at Natchitoches, La., this the 
10 day of Nov. AD 1916

PROCESS OF VERBAL MARRIAGE.
BE IT REMEBERED, That, by virtue of a License issued by the Clerk of the
District Court of the Parish of Natchitoches, I, Raoul Rachal, JP have celebrated 
marriage between Mr. Ellis Jury and M. Lueana Jones and have joined them together 
in Holy Wedlock, according to law, this 16 day of November AD 1916
