229 Marriage Licenses Issued By Clerk of Court's Office In 1964

The Natchitoches Parish clerk of Court's office reports a total of 229
marriage licenses was issued during 1964, Irby Knotts, Clerk of Court, said
this is 24 more than last year's total of 209.

July was the top month for the year with 31 licenses being issued, January and
April each reported 25, and December followed with 23.

Those obtaining licenses last month were:

Dec. 1; Linda Sue Gingan and Jerry Thompson

Dec. 4: Leoler Beaudoin and John Iskey Clark; Winfred Holland and John Paul
Cox.

Dec. 5: Wanda Lou Dowden and Lloyd D. Whitman.

Dec. 7:  Elizabeth Foshee Fenn and Arthur C. Roberts; Dorothy Mae Chatman and
Otis Liznik.

Dec 14: Barbara Lynette Teer and John Lee Wingate.

Dec. 15; Mary Beth McGee and Raymond H. Whatley.

Dec. 16: Barbara Jill Beaudoin and Julius LaCour.

Dec. 17:  Mary Ann Johnson and Joseph Metoyer.

Dec. 18:  Willie B. Wayne and Edward Passe; Barbara Ann Kirk and Bryant Ray
Gandy; Mary S. Monette and William Anteee.

Dec 19:  Clara J. Henry and Arthur Kay; Virginia Davis and Jethro Payton.
