The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bounden Philip Goin has this day obtained from the Judge of the Parish of Natchitoches, a license to marry Kisaeh Nash of the Parish of Natchitoches. Now if it shall hereafter appear that at the time of the celebration of said marriage there did exist any legal impediments or hindrances on the part of the said Philip Goin that would have prevented the said celebration if known at the time, then the above obligation to be valid and binding in law, otherwise to be null and of none effect.
