NEMIRAH SCOTT-VICTORIA ST. ANDRES 1927

State of Louisiana  
Parish of Natchitoches  KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE: Nemirah Scott as Principal, and Bill Lacaze as Security, acknowledge
to owe the Governor of the State of Lousisana or his successor or successors
in office, the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, the payment of which we hereby bind
ourselves, our heirs and administrators, in solido.  

     Given under our hands at Natchitoches, La., this  30 day of March A.D.
1927 
      The condition of  the above Obligation is Such, 
      That whereas, the above bounden Nemriah Scott has this day obtained a
license from the Clerk of the District Court of the PARISH OF NATCHITOCHES,
STATE OF LOUISIANA, to marry with Victoria St. Andre
       Now, if at the time said license was granted, there exisited no legal
impediments or obstacle to the celebration of said marriage, then, and in such
case, this obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force
and virtue in law.
