Nolan Sr. Site - St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Algiers, Orleans Parish, LA I just found that these are some of "my Nolans" and have not gotten the records on who is actually buried here. These Nolans are related to the Spellman families in both St. Bartholomew and St. Mary's Cemeteries through Mathew Nolan and Julia Mary Nolan Spellman (siblings). There are actually 3 headstones (one tall center one and one military type marker on each side of the tall one), nothing inscribed on any of the markers Believed to have been buried here: Norris John Nolan, Sr. Born: October 23, 1890 in Algiers, Orleans Parish, LA Died: May 06, 1968 in New Orleans Parish, LA Wife: Nora Donner Nolan (born abt 1897) Probably buried here also (see Donner plot scan on this website for possible connections to her). Children: Had 7 (some still living), one child: Norris John Nolan, Jr. probably buried here (died before 1968) Parents: John Peter Norris and Agnes MacPherson Grandparents: Mathew Nolan (born 1841 Tullow, Co.
