SOULE family tomb, he founded “Soule College” (business and finance in the garden district area) One book on New Orleans Cemeteries says that there “is an attractive glass window” which is apparently no longer in tact. He reigned as REX in 1887 and penned a brochure on the 50th anniversary of the REX organization explaining that the purpose of REX was to operate PRO BONO PUBLICO, for the public good.
