They were taken from the WPA Cemetery Index done in the 1930's. 
The translation for Jacob Klees tombstone is:

Jacob Klees Born in Burgsponheim, Prussia on October
6, 1809. He died on July 25, 1871. from John Chapter
11, verse 25: Here in the suffering and you look now 
with joy and praise the Creator.

His mother Anna Margaretha Klees says: Anna Margaretha Klees. 
Her Maiden name was Herrmann. She was born September 6, 1784 
in Prussia. She died July 5, 1860.  May her ashes rest in peace.

Jacob Klees was a prominent undertaker in New Orleans. At his death 
in 1871 his widow sold the undertaking business on Elysian Fields 
to the jacob schoen family who stills owns it today. He is believed 
to have a sister Margaretha Klees Wichterich and a brother Friedrich 
Klees who also lived in New Orleans.
