Deputy Clerk of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans Victorio Tedesco a native of Italy aged 26 years, who being duly sworn says, that he arrived in the United States of America, to-wit: At the city of New Orleans in the State of Louisiana on the month of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine and since he has resided within the limits of the STATE OF LOUISIANA, and thathis BONA FIDE intention is to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, as soon as, by the laws therof, he can be naturalized as such. And the said Victorio Tedesco, further swears that he does and will forever renounce all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and more particularly to the King of whom he is a subject.
