Examininer Jackson states that all persons who have filed their petitions or "second papers" to become citizens of the United States to be present at the federal court at 9 o'clock a.m. next Wednesday. In order to be naturalized at the present term of court, an applicant must have filed his petition, and the same must have been posted or published full 90 days preceding the 17th of February, 1919. The names of applicants posted in the clerk's office for this term are as follows: Steve Trebatich, Austria, resident of Biloxi, notice posted June 25, 1918 Nick Foatnos, Turkey, resident of Gulfport, posted July 30, 1918 J. Corso, Italy, resident of Biloxi, posted August 26, 1918 The clerk is sending-notices to the above today to appear at the time and place mentioned, and they are advised to have two witnesses with them to testify in support of their applications.
