If no one answered, he would break in, police said. Police booked {Name deleted} with three burglaries that occurred April 7, 8 and 13. {Name deleted} is under investigation in at least 20 more break-ins in New Orleans, police said. Police said they found a large amount of stolen property in {Name deleted}'s apartment, including jewelry, silverware, televisions, mink coats, cameras and luggage. Arresting officers were Sgt. Andrew Bourg and officers Roy Phillips, Dennis Points, Jason Johnson and Jan Christiansen.
