The schooner E. C. Felter left New  on the 28th ult., tor (sp?)
Aspinwall, with all the materials for the Panama and Aspinwall
Telegraph.  Mr. George Stoker, who has the contract for
building the line, also went out in the schooner with a number
of assistants.
