Elizabeth Warner made affidavit yesterday, charging A. Goldman
with drawing a pistol on her and threatened her life, at the
Verandah Hotel, between 9 and 10 o'clock on Friday night, and
with forcibly taking possession of her baggage and jewelry.  A
warrant was issued.
