Funeral arrangements have been completed for retired U.S. District Judge and
former New Orleans City Councilman Fred Cassibry, who died Saturday of a heart
attack at 77.

A funeral will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home,
5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. and
Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will be in All Saints Mausoleum.
