Modica was a notable event of Wednesday afternoon in St. Anthony's Church, many friends and relatives being present. The bride made a beautiful picture, wearing a gown of satin and Irish point lace, punels of pearls, carrying a large bouquet of brie roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Angelina Deleberto was maid of honor in marquisette and Oriental laces, carrying a large bouquet of white carnations. Mr. Tremantana was best man, while Miss Laura Guardelibeni was bridesmaid, dressed in marquisette and real lace, and carrying beautiful pink carnations. Little Miss Toranto was the flower girl. The ushers were Mr. J. Calcagno, Mr. L. Calcagno and Mr. S. Formuso. The reception was held at Portuguese Hall, where refreshments and dancing were enjoyed. The bride and groom were the recipients of many valuable and costly presents.
