Wiltz, one third of his estate as an extra share and portion. The rest of his estate goes to his four children, Lewis Lascola, Mrs Jennie Lascola, wife of Frank Romaguera; Robert Lascola and Mrs. Wiltz. The legislator declares that he disinherits his two sons, John Lascola and August Lascola, because they have been guilty of cruelty towards him and have even attempted to strike him, and have continually abused and cursed him. He appoints his daughter, Mrs. Wiltz, as the executrix of his estate with full seixin and without bond. The will is in the notorial form and dated February 18, 1911.
