Funeral services will be held Friday for retired New Orleans Police Department Deputy Chief Anthony
Cannatella.

Cannatella, a 41-year NOPD veteran, died last week after a battle with esophageal cancer. He was 64.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd.
A Mass will be said at 1:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1802 Tulane Ave. Burial will follow at
Cypress Grove Cemetery, 124 City Park Ave.
