The vessel will arrive between 11 and 12 o'clock today, and will stop at the point below Algiers, where she will be boarded by the United States Inspectors, United States Immigration Agent Montgomery, United States Inspector Holman and three assistants and one interpreter. Inspector Holman and assistants and the interpreter were ordered some days ago to Pensacola, and thence they were notified to come to New Orleans to assist Mr. Montgomery in inspecting the Italians on the Bolivia. Most of the immigrants are booked for the sugar plantations on the upper coast and on the line of the Southern Pacific Railroad.
