Center. He Was 76. Dr. Kroll Was A Lifelong Resident Of New Orleans. He Attended Tulane University And

Randolph, Texas, And Did His Internship And Residency At Charity Hospital. He Was A Flight Surgeon In
The Army Air Corps During And After World War Ii. He Worked In Private Practice At The New Orleans
Surgical And Medical Clinic For 25 Years Before Opening An Office In 1983 With Dr. Robert Rogers. Dr.
Kroll Was A Professor Emeritus Of Tulane's Department Of Surgery And Former Chairman Of The Department
Of Surgery, Chief Of Surgery And Chief Of Staff Of Southern Baptist Hospital. He Was An Examiner For
The American Board Of Surgery, A Senior Visiting Surgeon At Charity And A Former Staff Member At East
Jefferson General Hospital, Ochsner Foundation Hospital, Sara Mayo Hospital And Touro Infirmary. Dr.
Kroll Was A Diplomate Of The American Board Of Surgeons, A Fellow Of The American College Of Surgeons
And The Southeastern Surgical Congress, And A Member Of Many Medical And Surgical Societies. He Also
Was A Member Of Metairie Country Club, The Pass Christian Yacht Club, Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Phi

1955, He Co-Founded And Served As The First Chairman And Ceo Of Tidewater Marine, Which Designed And
Built The First Oil Field Supply Boat In Its Classic Configuration. The Basic Design Is Still In Use
