Coburn, 55, who died in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, will be held there 10 a.m. Monday. Word of Mr. Coburn's death was received here Sunday by a brother, Robert J. Coburn of the Pat J. McMahon-Coburn Funeral Home, 2305 Canal. Mr. Coburn was traffic manager of the Southern division of Penick and Ford, Ltd., Inc., a post similar to the one he held with the same firm here until leaving New Orleans about 15 years ago. Mr. Coburn was a native of New Orleans and was educated in the city's public schools. While in business here he was president of the Traffic Club of New Orleans. In addition to Robert J. Coburn, survivors include his widow, the former Helen Cormier of New Orleans; two sons, Arthur J. Coburn III and Henry C. Coburn, all of Cedar Rapids now; two other brothers, Joseph J. Coburn of Detroit, Mich., and Albert J. Coburn of Beaumont, Tex.; and three sisters, Mrs. James P. Maloney of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Elma C. Reynolds and Miss Ida M.
