Be it Remembered, That on this day, the Twelfth of June in the year 
of our Lord 1888 ... before me, Joseph Holt, M.D. ... in and for the 
Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared, 
Stephen P. Baudier, a native of N. O., La., residing No. 529 N. Claiborne 
St., who hereby declares that on the first day of June 1888 (June 1st, 
1888) at his aforesaid residence was born a Male child, named 

			Stephen P. Baudier Jr. (white) 

lawful issue of Deponent a native of N. O., La. aged 27 years, occupation 
clerk and Cecile Pastureau a native of N. O., La. aged 20 years.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid S. P. Baudier ...
