Olliphant, M.D. ... in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared Stephen Paul Baudier, native of this city, residing at No. 566 1/2 Bagatelle St., who hereby declares, that on the first instant (1 July 1892) at his aforesaid residence was born a male child, named Edgar Phillip (white) lawful issue of deponent a native of this city, aged 32 years, occupation Clerk and Cecile Pastureau a native of this city, aged 27 years.
