Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Nineteenth of July 
1892, ... before me, S. R. Olliphant, M.D. ... in and for the 
Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
Stephen Paul Baudier, native of this city, residing at No. 566 1/2 
Bagatelle St., who hereby declares, that on the first instant (1 
July 1892) at his aforesaid residence was born a male child, named 

			Edgar Phillip (white) 

lawful issue of deponent a native of this city, aged 32 years, 
occupation Clerk and Cecile Pastureau a native of this city, aged 
27 years. 

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid S. P. Baudier.
