Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the twenty eighth of May 
1896, ... before me, S. R. Olliphant, M.D., ... in and for the Parish 
and City of New Orleans, 


personally appeared 
Stephen P. Baudier, native of this city, residing # 1422 Mandeville 
St., who hereby declares, that on the fifteenth of May 1896 (May 15 
1896) at his residence was born a male child, named 

			Leo Joseph Baudier (white) 

lawful issue of deponent a native of this city aged 37 years, occupation 
clerk, and Cecile Pastureau, a native of this city aged 30 years. 

Thus Done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid S. P. Baudier.
