Be it Remembered, that on this day to wit: 19 July 1858 ... 
personally appeared Mr. Victor Baudier, aged thirty two years, 
a clerk, a native of New Orleans, residing in this city on Love 
street who by these presents declares that on the 15 November 
1857 (Nov 15, 1857) was born at deponents aforesaid residence, 
a male child named: 

			Jean Victor Baudier

issue of deponents legitimate marriage with Felicite Elizadie 
Bienvenue, a native of the parish of St. Martinville, State of 
Louisiana. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the 
aforesaid Mr Victor Baudier ...
