Be it Remembered, that on third day to wit: the Fifteenth of 
March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and 
Seventy One ... before me, L. Pessou ... in and for the Parish 
and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared: 
Margaret Baudier (born O'Neil) a native of New Orleans, residing 
No. 383 Thalia Street, 1st District in this City, hereby declares 
that on the Thirteenth of January Eighteen Hundred and Seventy 
One (13th of January 1871) at 4 o'clock a.m. at deponents 
residence was born a male child named, 

			Charles Albert Baudier

lawful issue of deponent with Charles Aristide Baudier of New 
Orleans, La. 

Thus done and said at New Orleans, in the presence of the 
aforesaid Margaret Baudier ..
