Be it Remembered, That on this day to=wit: the Fifteenth of 
October, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred 
and Ninety [15 October 1890] and the One Hundred and Fifteenth 
of the independence of the United States of America, before 
me, S. R. Olliphant, M.D., President Board of Health and 
Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and 
for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared, 
Pascal Hcy Baudier, native of La. residing No. 251 St. Philip 
St. who hereby declares, that on the Seventh of October 1890 
(Oct 7th 1890) at his aforesaid residence was born a male 
child, named 

			Eugene Baudier (White) 

Lawful issue of deponent, a native of La. aged 46 years, 
occupation Cotton Sampler and Marie W. Bonneval a native 
of La., aged 40 years.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid 
P. H. Baudier ...
