R. Olliphant, M.D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared Albert Baudier, native of La., residing in this city, who hereby declares, that on the Twenieth of May 1880 (May 20 1880) at corner Julia & Liberty Sts. was born a male child, named Lee Arthur Baudier (white) lawful issue of Chas. A. Baudier, a native of New Orleans, La. and aged-deceased-years, and Margaret O'Neil a native of New Orleans, La. aged 42 years. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid A. Baudier signed A. Baudier. Note: Used the name of Arthur Lee Baudier Note: His father, [Charles] Aristide Baudier died 1882. He was deceased not deceased when his son was born [1880], but was deceased when the birth certificate was issued in 1892.
