the eleventh hour, before Jean Joseph Verchin public officier of 
the town of Morlaix, Department of Finistere, 

came a citizen, 
Jean Nicolas Baudier, officier of health, age of thirty two years, 
native of Aix, Department of Boucher du Rhones. Who assists the 
citizens Jean Rene Pelle Desforges, businessmen age of tweny two 
years, brother-in-law and the citizen Yvonne le Villan des rabiner 
businessman, single, age of forty nine and Satante Germaine by 
marriage, all living in the town called Morlaix. They declare that 
the citizen Simone Pelle Desforges, age of twenty four and living 
in this common section ....., his spouse from the legitimate marriage 
gave birth this day at seven hours in the ..... in the house situated 
on Grand-rue [Grand Street], ..... an infant male child presented ... 
given the first name of 

			Jean Victor

Jean Rene Pelle Desforges and Yvonne Levillan ..... with me; ....
