Jones, M.D., President Board of Health and ex-officio Recorder of Births, Marriages, and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared: Paul Bernard, a native of this city, residing No. 215 Poydras St. who hereby declares that on the tenth day of July 1880 (10th July 1880) at the aforesaid residence was born two male children, named Joseph and Paul Bernard (White) lawful issues of Deponent a native of this city aged 24 years, occupation Keeper Coffee Stand and Delia Weaver a native of this city aged 24 years. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Paul Bernard and also in that of Mssrs. H. Peralta and P.H.
