Pessou, duly commissioned Recorder of Births and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared: Pierre Berges a native of France residing on Elssrysa [?] Street between Love and Good Children Streets in this City. Who hereby declares that on the twenty-second day of September Eighteen Hundred and Sixty-seven (September 22nd 1867) at nine o'clock a.m. at deponents residence was born a male child named Louis Berges Lawful issue of deponent with Josephine Capdeville a native of France.
